Here is the #1 one secret to getting six pack abs.
What they don’t want you to know when it comes to getting six pack abs
You get six pack abs in your body fat percentage(men) is in the 8 to 10% range. Women you’ll see your abs when your body fat percentage is in the 16-18% range.

(That’s me, Jeremiah before & after I used the “How I Got Abs System”)
Important: You don’t get six pack abs by doing crunches or sit ups!
The television commercials want us to believe that the best way to get six pack abs is by doing some abdominal specific exercise such as crunches or sit ups using some special ab exercise machine or device.
The truth is if you have fat sitting over your abs there is no way that doing crunches or situps will give you six pack abs.
In order to lose the fat that sits over your ab muscles you need a program that is going to allow you to lower your overall body fat percentage.
Here’s how to lower your overall body fat percentage:
- Eat foods that help you build muscle and burn fat. Cut out the foods that tend to be fat “creating” foods. (sugars, sweets, white breads, pasta, pies, cakes, etc.)
- Use weight training to build lean muscle mass. This helps you burn fat throughout the entire day and keeps your metabolism going. (Full body, compound movement exercises are the best such as squats, burpees, pull-ups, push-ups, lunges, squat jumps, etc.)
- Use cardiovascular exercise to turbo charge your fat loss.(Running, swimming, etc.)
The best six pack ab getting exercises are not ab specific exercises at all, rather exercises that help you build lean muscle and burn a lot of calories per session.
