Lose Belly Fat With This Pizza!

Summary:

Here’s a great low sugar, high fiber, high protein pizza that I like to make quite often and it’s good if you are trying lose belly fat or get six pack abs.

The problem with most pizza is that the pizza crust and sauce have a lot of sugar and we all know that sugar is your enemy when you are trying to lose fat or get six pack abs.

Ingredients:

  • La Tortilla Factory, 0 sugar, 7g fiber, whole wheat tortillas
  • Trader Joes low sugar pizza sauce (or your favorite low sugar sauce. I think Trader joes is 3g of sugar per 1/4 cup.)
  • Any zero sugar shredded cheese.

How To Measure Your Body Fat Percentage

This video will show you “one” way to measure you body fat percentage using a body fat analyzer that can be found at most fitness stores or online for under $30 dollars. As you may know, if you want six pack abs you have to get your body fat percentage below 10% as a guy so you’ll need to measure your body fat% often to make sure it is going down and getting closer to the single digit range.

This video shows one of my favorite fat burning, six pack abs getting exercises called Body weight squats.

This is a great exercise because it works your larger muscle groups, you can do it anywhere, you don’t need any special gear or tools.

Note: Getting six pack abs and losing belly fat is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise.  Get your nutrition right or no exercise in the world is going to help you get six pack abs.

Lose Belly Fat With This Breakfast (same breakfast I eat)

This is the same breakfast that I eat just about every day. This breakfast is part of the nutrition program that I used to lose over 30 pounds and get six pack abs at the age of 31.

This is a good breakfast for losing belly fat because it is high protein, high fiber, low sugar (sugar causes storage of fat, plain and simple so the lower sugar is in your diet the better.)

Recipe:

  1. Natures Own Double Fiber Bread, less than 1g of sugar per slice
  2. 3 eggland’s best eggs 18g of protien
  3. 12g of Fiber
