3 Tips To Lose Belly Fat

I’m going to share with you the 3 best tips that I have for my experience in losing belly fat.

  1. Nutrition, this is the most important. Think about it this way there are foods that you can put in your mouth that turn straight to fat and there are foods that help burn fat. keep your sugar intake to 15 g per day, I got this from Jorge Cruise weight-loss expert that works. Don’t eat a lot of white pasta, white bread, candy, soda, pastries, juices, etc. your daily diet in every meal should contain a lean protein, fibrous carbohydrates such as mixed green salad or broccoli, and a starchy carbohydrates such as brown rice, baked potato, or oatmeal.
  2. Weight training, weight training helps you to build lean muscle mass underbody and lean muscle mass helps you to burn fat throughout the day. The more lean muscle mass you have on your body the more fat you will burn. ladies please don’t listen to all the hype about lifting weights making you bulky it is not easy to get bulky muscles or get built like a bodybuilder this is one of the biggest myths about weight training.  There are guys who work out every day in the gym of the heavyweights and they are still skinny and this should be prove to you that lifting weights will not make you bulky.  If it were easy to get bulky and build a lot of muscle every gun gym what look like Arnold.
  3. Cardiovascular exercise, this can be running, sprinting, cycling, biking, swimming, or any other exercise. The point is cardiovascular exercise is one of the best ways to burn fat. I know a lot of experts are saying that traditional cardiovascular exercise like running is not the best way to burn fat. All I can tell you is that until I added cardiovascular exercise to the two components above I did not see the fat come off my belly. I found and currently find running to be one of the best ways to burn fat. Yes you can get cardiovascular exercise from doing many different forms of exercise other than running but I find running the most convenient and easy as exercise for anyone to do because everyone learned how to run when they were a child you don’t need any extra skill or special technique.

Belly fat comes off when you create a daily calorie deficit through  exercise. The strategy is to eat the right amount of calories in the right types of food for your individual body type into burn fat by creating a slight deficit say 20 to 30% daily in your calories through exercise. What this does is it allows your body to use your fat store for energy and when you do this you’re removing fat from your body.
