Want to know the best way to lose belly fat?
I can tell you right now that using all the gadgets being promoted on Television are “NOT” the best for losing belly fat.
Nope, not diet pills either.
I hate to be the one to tell you this, but there is no magic machine, pill or gadget that is going to remove the fat on your belly.
I know, I know, the TV commercials make it seem so easy and heck they even have some fitness model on the commercial telling you that the gadget being promoted works.
The truth of it is these fitness models did not get their flat belly by using gadgets and diet pills.
The best way to lose belly fat is to lower your overall body fat percentage.
You lower your overall body fat percentage when you follow these 3 main principles:
- Proper Nutrition (notice I did not say diet)
- Weight Training/Resistance Training
- Cardiovascular exercise
Consistency is key here. You have to eat right day in and day out, you have to exercise hard enough, long enough and frequently enough.
There are certain foods that are bad, like sugar, colas, white pastas, breads, etc. when it comes to losing belly fat.
Some of the good foods are, lean skinless chicken breast, tuna, salmon, bison, eggs, turkey breast(no sugar one).
If I were to pick one thing to tell you to do and you said, I’m not going to exercise I would say cut your sugar intake to 15 grams a day MAX. Use something like stevia as a natural sweetener to replace your sugars.

My advice comes directly from my experience of having a big flabby gut to being a guy with ripped six pack abs. I won’t push theory on you, I’ll simply show you the same step-by-stop system that I used go get six pack abs and continue to use.
