<p>This is going to be a short post.</p>
<p>I just read that D<strong>rew Carey lost 70 pounds</strong>!  That is amazing.</p>

<p>The article is a bit vague, all I got out of it was that he is eating better and follows a cardio program.</p>
<p>I wish the article gave a bit more detail about how he lost the way so that others may be able to learn something from him.</p>
<p>I have a feeling that he must be on a strict &#8220;good nutrition&#8221; program where he cut out sugars and simple carbohydrates, but he is the only one that could tell us what type of program he is really on.</p>
<p>He looks completely different, and pretty good. The article stated that Drew Carey is 52 years old. Not a bad job for a 52 year old guy!</p>

<p><strong>Based on my own experience and research. Ryan Reynolds workout most likely consist of:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Weight training</li>
<li>Cardiovascular exercise such as running</li>
<li>A Hi protein low carbohydrate diet</li>
</ul>
<p>I watched a few videos on YouTube where Ryan was working out for the movie Blade.</p>
<p>They showed Ryan doing a lot of full body high resistance weight training.</p>
<p>I also read an article where Ryan spoke about the fact that he ate a lot of protein per meal and that he was eating every 2 to 3 hours throughout the day.</p>
<p>This type of workout and nutrition program forces your metabolism and it helps your body to burn fat.  As we all know if you want to get sixpack abs and get that ripped look you need a program that is going to help you burn fat and build muscle.</p>

<p>From my own experience of getting sixpack abs and having single digit body fat percentage I can tell you that after looking at Ryan&#8217;s photos he follows a very strict low carbohydrate high-protein nutrition program and he is no slouch when it comes to working out.</p>
<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p>
<p>If you want to get ripped like Ryan Reynolds is and you want to use <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Ryan Reynolds workout</span> you&#8217;ll need to incorporate a similar workout program and nutrition program that uses.</p>
<ul>
<li>Eat every 2 to 3 hours throughout the day</li>
<li>Each meal should consist of eight lean protein such as chicken breast, tuna ,etc. fiber, and a complex carbohydrate like oatmeal or wild brown rice.</li>
</ul>
<p>You must incorporate full body, compound movement resistance training and cardiovascular exercise into your workout routine.</p>
<p><strong>Important:</strong> in the video I watched on YouTube Ryan&#8217;s trainer mentioned that he works out five to seven days a week to maintain the physique that you see in the movies so if you want to get ripped like Ryan you&#8217;re going to have to be ready to put in some hard work but you can get the results that Ryan&#8217;s.</p>

<p><strong>Old Fashioned Oatmeal With Protein</strong></p>
<p>Hey Guys, here&#8217;s one of my favorite six pack abs breakfast foods.</p>
<p>Old fashioned oatmeal with a scoop or two of whey protein.</p>
<p>I use vanilla flavored whey protein and sprinkle some cinnamon on it, that&#8217;s it!</p>
<p>This is a good six pack abs friendly diet because you get fiber, the right kind of carbs, and protein.</p>
<p>This is far better for you than having a bagel, pop tart, sugary cereal or something like this.</p>
<p>I will often make this for my mid morning or mid afternoon meal, it&#8217;s easy to make and it&#8217;s a great muscle building meal.</p>

<p><strong>Here&#8217;s my six pack abs friendly pizza with ingredients from Trader Joe&#8217;s.</strong></p>
<p>The main concept with this pizza is that it is very low sugar. The reason most pizza is not good for you is due to the sugar content. Simply put sugar forces your body to store fat and if you want to lose belly fat and get six pack abs you need to limit your sugar intake on a daily basis.</p>
<p>Thanks to Jorge Cruise author of the belly fat cure I&#8217;ve taken his advice and I only eat 15g of sugar per day max and this has allowed me to keep my body fat percentage into the single digits for several years now and I have six pack abs.</p>

<p><strong>Wow, I was just at a major department store and in the health and nutrition section I saw something that just downright surprised me!</strong></p>

<p>As you know, I am not a big fan of diet pills. I don&#8217;t think that they are good for you at all and they just downright don&#8217;t work and they&#8217;re the wrong approach to a healthy lifestyle.</p>
<p>Just go to Google and type in diet pills side effects and you&#8217;ll see all the bad things that can happen when you take diet pills in general.</p>
<p>Why would Jillian promote diet pills? Just seems really strange to me. I hope that is not just for the money!!!</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve seen this woman on the TV shows promoting great advice and helping people to lose fat and get healthy, then this, a big box of diet pills sitting there on the shelf with her picture on it.</p>

<p>See, the problem is there&#8217;s so much information available to us to baby it magazines on the Internet and just other people giving us advice like friends and family when it comes to weight loss and getting sixpack abs.  It can get down right confusing.</p>
<p>What I see people doing is trying different techniques and different tricks to lose weight and they&#8217;re not following in overall strategy and then they don&#8217;t get the results they want and they think that nothing is going to work.</p>
<p>If you really want to have long-term fat loss and get sixpack abs you have to follow a strategy that&#8217;s proven and you can&#8217;t simply go from one fat loss trick to the next expecting to lose your gut and get sixpack abs.</p>
