4. REFUNDS: Refunds are done exclusively online and must be requested within 30 days of your original purchase date. A full refund will be issued with no hassle as long as an email is sent to: howigotabs@gmail.com within 30 full days of your original purchase date. Include Name, Invoice number, digital receipt, phone number and any other relevant information for a complete refund.

5. WAIVER, RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: You agree that neither HowIGotAbs.com, Inc., nor its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, consultants or information providers or suppliers, shall have any liability to you under any theory of liability or indemnity in connection with your use of HowIGotAbs.com, Inc. You hereby release and forever waive any and all claims you may have against HowIGotAbs.com, Inc., its officers, directors, mentors, employees, agents, consultants, information providers or suppliers for losses or damages you sustain in connection with your use of HowIGotAbs.com, Inc.

Notwithstanding the foregoing paragraph, the total liability of HowIGotAbs.com, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, mentors, agents, consultants, information providers and suppliers, if any, for losses or damages shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the particular information or service provided. All other damages, direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive arising from any use of the information or other parts of HowIGotAbs.com, Inc. are hereby excluded even if HowIGotAbs.com, Inc. or its officers, directors, employees, agents, consultants, information providers or suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Void where prohibited by law.

S. mail to your address on record in the Site’s account information. You may give notice to HowIGotAbs.com at any time via electronic mail to HowIGotAbs.com or by letter delivered by first class postage prepaid U. S. mail or overnight courier to the following address:
