<p>Taylor Lautner is a guy that put on a lot of muscle and a very short period of time.</p>
<p>According to men&#8217;s health he put on about 30 pounds of muscle in one year.</p>
<p>If you saw previous photos or pictures of Taylor you would&#8217;ve noticed that he was actually pretty skinny kid.</p>
<p>About <strong>Taylor Lautner Workout</strong></p>
<p>Taylor&#8217;s trainer said they used heavy weight training to pack on muscle. This is probably the most common technique used for helping skinny guys to pack on more muscle. The plan is to lift heavy weights so that you can barely do the last repetition and you do this progressively reach workout, meaning you add more and more weight during each training session so that you get stronger bigger and stronger than this pattern continues throughout your workout.</p>
<p>Taylor would also be very few reps per set, I believe they stated five reps maximum.</p>
<p>Taylor&#8217;s trainer also stated that they would mix up the workouts overtime to avoid doing the same type of workout during every exercise session.</p>
<p>Free weights were used a lot but Taylor also used rubber exercise bands to create variants in his workouts.</p>
<p>Taylor also cut down on cardio because he&#8217;s naturally a skinny guy and he wanted to pack on more muscle.</p>

<p>Taylor also followed a very scientific program for eating calculated how many calories he needed on a daily basis to reach his end bodyweight goal.</p>
<p>Taylor also paid attention to rest time he needed to allow his body and muscles to grow and recover from his workout sessions.</p>
<p>I would imagine that Taylor also eat about 1 g of protein per pound of body weight per day to help build muscle.</p>
<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Taylor Lautner workout</span> was focused on packing on muscle onto a skinny guys frame. Taylor&#8217;s work out focused a lot on heavy resistance weight training, Ltd. cardiovascular exercise, great nutrition on a day-to-day basis, and plenty of rest to allow his muscles to grow and recover.</p>
<p>You can say that Taylor&#8217;s workout program is focused on what&#8217;s called a hard gainer and this is a situation where you have your skinny guy you can&#8217;t naturally put on muscle easily. So, if you are a skinny guy trying to pack on muscle Taylor worked Lautner workout may be a good program for you, but if you are a bit overweight and have it more body fat than you want you may need to incorporate a bit more cardio into this type of workout because you have a different body type and Taylor Lautner.</p>

<p>I did some research online to find out what exercise and nutrition program Daniel used to build muscle and get ripped for the movies and is James Bond role.</p>
<p>From my research <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Daniel Craig workout</span> was a mixture of full body circuit training and isolated muscle group targeting.</p>
<p>Daniel would work out starting Monday with a full body circuit training, this type of exercise builds muscle and burns fat.</p>

<p>Then it looks like during the rest of the week Daniel would continue his work out by doing very isolated muscle group exercises such as bench press, squats, push-ups, pull ups, shoulder presses, etc.</p>
<p>I also believe that <strong>Daniel Craig workout</strong> included a very strong nutrition program where he ate a lot of protein very often throughout the day and probably was eating every 2 to 3 hours to help build muscle and burn fat throughout the day.</p>
<p>In the article I read Daniel Craig stated that even though he was muscle bound in Casino Royale he was even in better shape in the movie quantum solace.</p>
<p>as I read more and more celebrity workout programs and nutrition plans it becomes clear that my workout and their workouts do not differ that much.</p>
<p>There seems to be a common theme of eating high-protein, complex carbohydrate meals. It also seems common that celebrities who are getting fit also eat every 2 to 3 hours throughout the day.<br />

<p>I just read that D<strong>rew Carey lost 70 pounds</strong>!  That is amazing.</p>

<p>The article is a bit vague, all I got out of it was that he is eating better and follows a cardio program.</p>
<p>I wish the article gave a bit more detail about how he lost the way so that others may be able to learn something from him.</p>
<p>I have a feeling that he must be on a strict &#8220;good nutrition&#8221; program where he cut out sugars and simple carbohydrates, but he is the only one that could tell us what type of program he is really on.</p>
<p>He looks completely different, and pretty good. The article stated that Drew Carey is 52 years old. Not a bad job for a 52 year old guy!</p>

<li>Weight training</li>

<p>This type of workout and nutrition program forces your metabolism and it helps your body to burn fat.  As we all know if you want to get sixpack abs and get that ripped look you need a program that is going to help you burn fat and build muscle.</p>

<p>Infomercials are always telling us that in order to get  abs we need to use their ab machine or gadget that helps you do a more efficient sit up or crunch and this is how you&#8217;ll get six pack abs.</p>
<h2>How to get six pack abs fast?&#8221;You Don&#8217;t Get Six Pack Abs By Doing Sit Ups, Crunches, or by using some fancy ab gadget!&#8221;</h2>
<p>You see, the truth is that if you have fat sitting over your abs or you have a gut in other words, you can do as many sit-ups or crunches as you want an you wont&#8217; lose your gut and get abs.</p>

<p>Get your overall body fat percentage down into the 8-10% range. This removes the fat that is sitting over your abs and allows you to see the abdominal muscles.</p>

<p><strong>How To Get Six Pack Abs:</strong></p>
<p>You see, the truth is that you don&#8217;t get six pack abs by doing abdominal or ab specific exercises. The reason that most people can&#8217;t see their abs is because they have fat sitting over their ab muscles.</p>
<blockquote><p>The only way to get six pack abs (guys) is to lower your body fat percentage down into the single digits, usually the 8-10% range is where most guys will see their abs.</p></blockquote>
<p>Your main goal is to get rid of the fat that is sitting over your ab muscles. I am tired of all the infomercials trying to sell us some belt or ab machine that claims to work your ab muscles better than doing a traditional sit-up.</p>
<p>You know what, it doesn&#8217;t matter how well those machines and gadgets work your ab muscles, because you don&#8217;t get abs by doing ab specific exercises in the first place.</p>
<p>We all have abs, we just need to remove the fat that is sitting over our ab muscles.</p>
<p><strong>Now that you know that doing sit-ups and abdominal specific exercises are not the way to get six pack abs and that you have to get your body fat percentage down in to the 8-10 % range lets talk about how to do just that.</strong></p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Eat foods that will force your body to stop storing fat!</strong></li>
<li><strong>Use weight training to build lean muscle mass, which forces your metabolism to increase helping you burn more fat.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Use cardiovascular training to turbo charge your fat loss.</strong></li>
</ol>
<p>These are the same 3 principles I used to lose over 30 pounds and get six pack abs when I was 31 years old (I&#8217;m 33 at the time of writing this article). These are the <span style="text-decoration: underline;">exercises to lose belly fat</span>.</p>
<p>The reason that most people don&#8217;t get six pack abs and give up is because they don&#8217;t have a strategy and they don&#8217;t have the right strategy and they focus on the wrong <a href="http://www.howigotabs.com">exercises to lose belly fat</a>.</p>
<p>The strategy above worked for me and trust me, I tried everything for years and years with no success. It was not until I followed the strategy above day in and day out did I get six pack abs.</p>

<p>Stability shoes are for those of us who &#8220;pronate&#8221;, meaning our ankles and heels tend to lean inward or outward. We need stability shoes to keep our stance in a neutral position to avoid rolling and injury.</p>

<p>Old fashioned oatmeal with a scoop or two of whey protein.</p>
<p>I use vanilla flavored whey protein and sprinkle some cinnamon on it, that&#8217;s it!</p>
<p>This is a good six pack abs friendly diet because you get fiber, the right kind of carbs, and protein.</p>
<p>This is far better for you than having a bagel, pop tart, sugary cereal or something like this.</p>
<p>I will often make this for my mid morning or mid afternoon meal, it&#8217;s easy to make and it&#8217;s a great muscle building meal.</p>

<p>The main concept with this pizza is that it is very low sugar. The reason most pizza is not good for you is due to the sugar content. Simply put sugar forces your body to store fat and if you want to lose belly fat and get six pack abs you need to limit your sugar intake on a daily basis.</p>
<p>Thanks to Jorge Cruise author of the belly fat cure I&#8217;ve taken his advice and I only eat 15g of sugar per day max and this has allowed me to keep my body fat percentage into the single digits for several years now and I have six pack abs.</p>
<p><strong>How to Lose belly fat with this Pizza &#8211; The ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Trader Joe&#8217;s Whole Wheat Pita Bread Pocket = 0 Sugar</li>
<li>Trader Joe&#8217;s Shredded Mozzarella Cheese = 0 Sugar</li>
<li>Trader Joe&#8217;s Pizza Sauce = 3g of sugar per 1/4 cup</li>
<li>Trader Joe&#8217;s Turkey Bacon = 0g of sugar</li>
