Today I’m going to let you in on the secret to getting 6 pack abs.
Getting six pack abs like those guys have in the fitness magazines has nothing to do with:
- How many crunches or sit-ups you do
- Fancy ab gadgets like you see on TV
- Fad Diets
- Starvation Diets
- Acai Berries
- Diet Pills
Here it is, this is how you get 6 pack abs like you see in the magazines.
Guys: Get your body fat percentage in the 8-10% range.
Women: Get your body fat percentage in the 16-18% range.
That’s it, it is all about getting your body fat percentage in the correct range. If you have a gut you have to get the fat off of your abs or you’ll never see them.
I saw a picture of the man that holds the World Record for doing sit-ups and he has a fat roll of a gut. That should be proof to you that sit-ups won’t get rid of your gut and give you 6 pack abs.
I know TV commercials would like you to buy their fancy ab machines and gadgets, but please save your money. These machines won’t give you six pack abs if you have a belly.
