This is a question that I get asked all the time. How to lose belly fat fast ?
How can I lose belly fat fast?
Well, in all honesty it comes down to your definition of fast…
No, you won’t lose your gut in a week if you have a big flabby gut. This is not realistic!
Each person has a different amount of fat on their stomach and it will take each person a different amount of time to lose their belly fat.
Please don’t fall victim to all of the TV commercials promoting diet pills or ab gadgets. From my experience these things don’t stand up to their claims.
Here’s How to lose belly fat fast: (Safely)
- Eat Right and cut out fat causing foods from your daily diet
- Perform weight training several time a week to build lean muscle, lean muscle helps you burn fat
- Perform cardiovascular exercise at least 4 times per week to burn calories and burn fat
Now there is a right way and wrong way to do these 3 things.
