This video shows one of my favorite fat burning, six pack abs getting exercises called Body weight squats.
This is a great exercise because it works your larger muscle groups, you can do it anywhere, you don’t need any special gear or tools.
Note: Getting six pack abs and losing belly fat is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. Get your nutrition right or no exercise in the world is going to help you get six pack abs.
