Here’ the truth about losing stomach fat!

You don’t lose stomach fat by doing sit-ups, crunches, or any ab specific exercise.  Don’t believe the hype.

You DO lose stomach fat by following a fat loss plan that focuses on lowering your overall body fat percentage.

Guys, you’ll see your abs when your body fat percentage is in the 8-10% range and women you’ll see ab muscles when your body fat is in the 16-18% range.

Focus your workout and nutrition plan on one that is going to help you lower your overall body fat.

Some of the best exercises are total body workouts. You want to focus on working the larger muscle groups in your body such as your legs and back.

Forget sitting still and working just your biceps or chest, this will have very little effect on helping your lower your overall body fat.

You need to work hard enough to burn enough calories so that your body uses your stored fat as energy (burn fat).

Summary:

If you want to lose stomach fat then focus on lowering your overall body fat percentage and forget about doing crunches or sit-ups!
