I just read a great article from Jorge Cruise (weight loss expert) about getting rid of your belly by cutting your sugar intake to 15 grams per day.
I can’t agree more!
I reduced my sugar intake about 2 years ago and have never looked back. I lost 28 pounds of fat and have six pack abs for the first time in my life.
Sugar just does not go well when you’re trying to get rid of your gut or get six pack abs.
Important: Read the labels on everything you eat. Sugar is hidden in just about every food you can imagine.
