I did some research online to find out what exercise and nutrition program Daniel used to build muscle and get ripped for the movies and is James Bond role.
From my research Daniel Craig workout was a mixture of full body circuit training and isolated muscle group targeting.
Daniel would work out starting Monday with a full body circuit training, this type of exercise builds muscle and burns fat.

Then it looks like during the rest of the week Daniel would continue his work out by doing very isolated muscle group exercises such as bench press, squats, push-ups, pull ups, shoulder presses, etc.
I also believe that Daniel Craig workout included a very strong nutrition program where he ate a lot of protein very often throughout the day and probably was eating every 2 to 3 hours to help build muscle and burn fat throughout the day.
In the article I read Daniel Craig stated that even though he was muscle bound in Casino Royale he was even in better shape in the movie quantum solace.
as I read more and more celebrity workout programs and nutrition plans it becomes clear that my workout and their workouts do not differ that much.
There seems to be a common theme of eating high-protein, complex carbohydrate meals. It also seems common that celebrities who are getting fit also eat every 2 to 3 hours throughout the day.
Celebrities also work out really hard because they are usually trying to get into really good shape in a very short period of time.
