Here’s a great low sugar, high fiber, high protein pizza that I like to make quite often and it’s good if you are trying lose belly fat or get six pack abs.
The problem with most pizza is that the pizza crust and sauce have a lot of sugar and we all know that sugar is your enemy when you are trying to lose fat or get six pack abs.
Ingredients:
La Tortilla Factory, 0 sugar, 7g fiber, whole wheat tortillas
Trader Joes low sugar pizza sauce (or your favorite low sugar sauce. I think Trader joes is 3g of sugar per 1/4 cup.)
Any zero sugar shredded cheese.

See, the problem is there’s so much information available to us to baby it magazines on the Internet and just other people giving us advice like friends and family when it comes to weight loss and getting sixpack abs. It can get down right confusing.
