<p>Neutral running shoes are for people that have a neutral stance, meaning their ankle and heel remain straight. There&#8217; no rolling of the ankle inward or outward. ( A neutral stance).</p>
<p>Stability shoes are for those of us who &#8220;pronate&#8221;, meaning our ankles and heels tend to lean inward or outward. We need stability shoes to keep our stance in a neutral position to avoid rolling and injury.</p>
