This Sugar Free Ice Cream Helps You Lose Belly Fat

If you’re like me then you would rather have sugar free ice cream that does not contain any artificial sweeteners either.

Here’s my sugar free ice cream and sugar free root beer float recipe (no sugar, no artificial sweeteners).

I enjoy helping people lose belly fat by keeping their sugar intake very low on a daily basis (15g max per day to be exact. I got this tip from Jorge Cruise the author of The Belly Fat Cure Book).

When you keep your sugar intake low you force your body to NOT over produce insulin. Insulin is known as the fat storage hormone. So, if you keep your sugar to 15g max per day, then you keep your body from producing too much insulin, and you keep your body from storing fat or belly fat.  Pretty simple right? :-)

One of the best ways to keep your daily sugar intake very low is to swap out your favorite sugar filled foods with a “good” alternative that does not contain sugar or artificial sweeteners.

This is why I love Clemmy’s ice cream. No sugar, not artificial sweeteners, and I don’t have to worry about gaining belly fat back when I eat it. I don’t eat that much of it, but I will have it a few times per week when I have a craving for some Ice Cream.

The good thing about Clemmy’s is that it tastes really good as well. It has a creamy, slow churned taste to it. I tried some of the ice creams that have artificial sweeteners in them and I did not like those at all. They always had a funny taste to them.

If you are like me and try to keep your sugar intake to 15g maximum per day you don’t want to be fooled by some clever marketing chatter like “no sugar added”.

Please watch out for the ice creams that are sweetened with Splenda or other artificial sweeteners as well. I personally don’t like to eat artificial sweeteners because I read how they aren’t that good for us, so I would recommend staying away from artificial sweeteners as well.

There are 2 types of running shoes available today.

  1. Neutral Running Shoes
  2. Stability Running Shoes

Neutral running shoes are for people that have a neutral stance, meaning their ankle and heel remain straight. There’ no rolling of the ankle inward or outward. ( A neutral stance).

Stability shoes are for those of us who “pronate”, meaning our ankles and heels tend to lean inward or outward. We need stability shoes to keep our stance in a neutral position to avoid rolling and injury.

Here’s a diagram to represent what I’m talking about.

I suggest that you go to a specialty running shoe store and have them help you determine your foot type and How To Choose The Right Running Shoes for your situation. This will help you avoid injury and running will be a lot less painful for you.

Choosing the wrong type of running shoes for your foot type can lead to injury and this is the main reason that people stop that fat loss programs and go back to gaining back the fat/weight they lost in the first place.

How To Get Six Pack Abs With This Oatmeal & Whey Protein Breakfast

Old Fashioned Oatmeal With Protein

Hey Guys, here’s one of my favorite six pack abs breakfast foods.

Old fashioned oatmeal with a scoop or two of whey protein.

I use vanilla flavored whey protein and sprinkle some cinnamon on it, that’s it!

This is a good six pack abs friendly diet because you get fiber, the right kind of carbs, and protein.

This is far better for you than having a bagel, pop tart, sugary cereal or something like this.

I will often make this for my mid morning or mid afternoon meal, it’s easy to make and it’s a great muscle building meal.

Lose Belly Fat With This Six Pack Abs Friendly Pizza!

Here’s my six pack abs friendly pizza with ingredients from Trader Joe’s.

The main concept with this pizza is that it is very low sugar. The reason most pizza is not good for you is due to the sugar content. Simply put sugar forces your body to store fat and if you want to lose belly fat and get six pack abs you need to limit your sugar intake on a daily basis.

Thanks to Jorge Cruise author of the belly fat cure I’ve taken his advice and I only eat 15g of sugar per day max and this has allowed me to keep my body fat percentage into the single digits for several years now and I have six pack abs.

How to Lose belly fat with this Pizza – The ingredients:

  • Trader Joe’s Whole Wheat Pita Bread Pocket = 0 Sugar
  • Trader Joe’s Shredded Mozzarella Cheese = 0 Sugar
  • Trader Joe’s Pizza Sauce = 3g of sugar per 1/4 cup
  • Trader Joe’s Turkey Bacon = 0g of sugar

Conclusion: Guys, getting six pack abs is all about getting your body fat percentage below 10%. To do this you must force your body to stop storing fat by eating the right foods day-in-and-day out.
