Three Ways To Lose Belly Fat

OK, you wanna lose belly fat and you wanna do it right.

Here are the three things that I did to lose 28 pounds of belly fat.

One, I completely changed my nutrition program and ate a maximum of 15 g of sugar per day. Every meal I ate consisted of a lean protein such as chicken breast, a fibrous carbohydrate, and a starchy carbohydrate.

Two, I used a full body weight training exercise regimen to build lean muscle which helped me to burn fat throughout the day.

Three, I used cardiovascular exercise to create a daily calorie deficit of about 20% of my total needed daily calories.

These three components are the core to every solid fat loss program.

Please do not listen to these commercials on television that tell you you’ll get six pack abs and lose a belly fat by doing some form of a crunch or sit-up.

The truth is that if you have fat sitting over your Abdominal muscles doing crunches and sit-ups will never give you the appearance of six pack ABS.

The best way to lose a belly fat is to follow the 3  fat loss principles that I listed above.
